FAQ

How does sizing work?

Denim uses waist inches (24-31). Other styles use XS-XL. Each product page has a short fit note. If you are between sizes, size up in woven trousers and size down in stretch knits.

Do you restock?

Yes, for styles that sell through. Sign up in the footer if you want a note when a size returns.

How fast do you ship?

In-stock orders leave in 1 to 3 business days. Ground is free over $75. See the Shipping Policy.

What if payment fails at checkout?

If the bank cannot authorize the charge, we do not take a payment. Your bag stays available so you can try another card or email us.

How do I return something?

Unworn items with tags on, within 30 days of delivery. Email info@skyjjclothing.com with your order reference. Swim and earrings are not returnable once the seal is broken. We do not sell those categories today.
