These terms are an agreement between you and SKYJJ CLOTHING INC ("SKYJJ") for use of this storefront.

The shop

SKYJJ is a shop of women's clothing. Product names, prices, and sizes are listed on each product page. Availability can change without notice. Colors on screen may differ slightly from the garment you receive.

Accounts

You may browse as a guest. If you create an account you are responsible for the email and password you use. Notify us at info@skyjjclothing.com if you think someone else is using it.

Orders

Placing an order is an offer to buy at the price shown at checkout, plus tax and shipping displayed on that page. We may refuse or cancel an order if payment cannot be authorized, if an item is out of stock, or if the order looks fraudulent.

Payment

Checkout accepts card. Apple Pay and PayPal appear when your browser can use them. If the issuing bank cannot authorize the charge, the order is not completed and no payment is taken. You can try another card or email us for a manual invoice.

Shipping and returns

Delivery windows live in the Shipping Policy. Returns live in the Returns Policy. Those pages are part of these terms.

Promotions

Sale prices and promo codes apply only while they are shown. They cannot be combined unless the offer says so. We may end a promotion at any time.

Intellectual property

The SKYJJ name, this layout, and our product photography belong to SKYJJ CLOTHING INC or our licensors. You may not copy the catalog for a competing shop.

Acceptable use

Do not scrape the site in a way that degrades it, attempt to break checkout, or use the shop to store or test stolen card numbers.

Disclaimers

Product photos and copy describe typical use. Always check the care label on the garment you receive. We are not liable for wear from normal use, or from washing against the care instructions.

Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, SKYJJ CLOTHING INC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability for a claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state where SKYJJ CLOTHING INC is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
