Returns Policy

SKYJJ CLOTHING INC accepts returns on unworn clothing within 30 days of delivery to a U.S. address.

What we take back

• Unworn garments with original tags attached.
• Unopened accessories in original packing.

What we do not take back

• Items washed, worn, or with tags removed.
• Items marked Final Sale on the product page.
• Gift cards.

How to start a return

Email info@skyjjclothing.com with your order reference and the SKU. We will send a prepaid label for eligible items. Refunds go back to the original payment method within 10 business days after we scan the return.

Exchanges

If you want a different size, return the unused item and place a new order. We do not hold inventory for informal swaps.

Wrong item

If we packed the wrong SKU, we pay return freight and send the correct one.

Sale items

Markdowns are returnable unless the page says Final Sale. Promo codes do not change the 30-day window.
